tigase server can not work

i dont use commande I only clic on the Icon

Please answer a few question before I can help you:

  1. What operating system do you use?
  2. What Tigase server version do you use?
  3. What command do you use to start the server?
  4. Can you send me your log file which should be located in logs/ directory (please zip it first)
  5. Can you send me your configuration file which should be located in etc/ directory? (please zip it first)
