use init.properties to set tigase.extras.io.PEMSSLContextContainer

see subject. currently, everytime i change my init.properties (and rm tigase.xml), I have to then start the server, stop the server, edit tigase.xml by hand to use the PEMSSLContextContainer, and then start the server. there has to be a better way to handle this?

Of course there is a better way, put following line in the init.properties file:

--ssl-container-class=tigase.extras.io.PEMSSLContextContainer

Hm, looks like this option is missing in the init.properties guide . I am adding it now.
