Tigase vs openfire

It will be nice if someone can point out how well tigase favours well compared to openfire server.

I don't know Openfire server so I can not offer you a fair comparison.

I would suggest to contact independent people who have experience with both implementations to get honest assessment.

One of the companies which offer hosted XMPP services on all most popular implementations is Flosoft.biz. I think they might be the best source of this information.
