Add new gateway - subscribe to user presence

I be able to find the problem, but i don't know how to resolve this:

To add and register new transport(icq in this example i use this querys)

12345678secret

After i send this query i don't recive from server "Gateway Subscribes to User's Presence". So there is not subscription i both way.

What should i send extra or what to modifie to recive from server this(subscription from gateway to user)

Could you please tell us more about the problem? What server? Is this your own installation? Any configuration details? What version of the software you use on the client and the server side.
